The Fund's investment objective is to outperform BTC. The Fund will seek to generate consistent, risk-adjusted returns on the investors BTC holdings with low correlation to the broader cryptocurrency market by employing a market-neutral arbitrage strategy. The strategy is designed to capture inefficiencies and pricing dislocations across and within centralized exchanges and instruments, including perpetual swaps, futures, options and spot markets.
