The investment objective of the Sub-Fund is to seek to achieve long-term capital appreciation. The Sub-Fund is a feeder fund and will invest at least 85% of its Net Asset Value in units of the Master Fund, an actively managed sub-fund of Mercer UCITS Common Contractual Fund, a common contractual fund constituted as an umbrella fund and authorised by the Central Bank pursuant to the UCITS Regulations and which is consistent with the Sub-Fund’s investment objective and restrictions.
