The objective of this sub-fund is to enable shareholders to benefit from the growth of shares of European companies or other equivalent securities having their registered office in one of the Member States of the European Union, which use the euro as their national currency and that are selected on the basis of environmental, social and governance (ESG) criteria with the objective of long-term sustainable value creation. This is an actively managed sub-fund, which means that the portfolio manager does not aim to replicate the performance of a benchmark. No formal guarantee has been given either to the sub-fund or to its investors.
